First Contact 3: Fix

Using information from your previous investigation, you trace down the location of the object, and find the debris of an alien spacecraft. Though most of their technology is foreign, you manage to discover a few devices compatible with human technology: a broken radio, a Personal Digital Assistant, and a USB drive. While the PDA requires a password you don’t know, you examine the USB and find the following file — what could it possibly be?
