Spanning from March 8th at 19:00 EST to March 10th at 19:00 EST, we are excited to announce that X Series CTF is hosting our 2nd WxMCTF cybersecurity competition with $23000 in prizes!
In this capture the flag (CTF) contest, teams of up to 4 will battle it out with their skills in digital forensics, website and binary exploitation, reverse engineering, and cryptography! Intended for students of all experience types, the challenges are designed with a low barrier of entry to enable even first-time competitors to gain experience and knowledge in an enjoyable, cooperative way.

For Ontario high school students, in order to be eligible for prizes, you will need to register with your full name, student email address, school name, and a teacher contact for verification purposes. After
creating or
joining a team, when the contest starts, you will be able to join the contest as a team. A comprehensive step-by-step tutorial is available

Prizes
There will be two divisions: an Ontario high school students only division and an open division for all other participants. Prizes are designed with teams of 4 in mind: teams with less than 4 players may not be able to stack certain licenses/awards/merch. These prizes are subject to change.
