WxMCTF '23 Misc 2 - Broken Telephone

MGCI and WLMAC students recently began a very nerdy game of broken telephone. They began circulating random images with hidden messages inside. WLMAC students managed to intercept one of them, but don't know what it means. Can you help them out?
